Lucky Charms

I must have a lucky charm in my house because I'm on a lucky streak! Sometimes I hesitate to post things on here because I don't want people to think I'm being snooty, but I'm excited for my sweet wins and I've been telling all my family so why not! Oh and it is my blog and I don't think I'm snooty.. ha ha ha! Unfortunately, I typically do not enter contests anymore, I just don't have the time with my family & review blog so I don't usually win things... But check this out --

The beginning of the month I found out that my blog readers through twitter nominated me to be one of the ten to be on the Dick's Sporting Goods Review Panel for 3 months. This was for anyone across America to enter so I was pretty excited! Not sure what all the details are yet, but I hope for it to be something amazing.

Then I got a few gift cards totaling some good $ just for posting things on my site - these opportunities aren't that often to come by. Now you know why I'm buying new "sneakers".

At church we are having the directory put together and Kurt & I won the $100 towards our photo prints so we'll be able to actually have a family one and some to give away.

My most exciting -- I posted about the big eShakti.com woman contest on my review site over a month ago. For people to enter to describe the eShakti woman in less than so many words. Everyone got a $10 gift card, which I didn't spend because I didn't want to spend more than $30. Oh well though - then I found out that I won $50 for coming up with one of the best descriptions - may not have been first, second or third but I thought that was great. I was going to buy a shirt and earrings since that's all it would cover. Well I forgot that there was a blogger contest and whoever was referred the most won a $250 gift certificate. Who won first prize.. that would be me! Boo yah! I already have my cart almost all the way full! :)

So you can see I'm just a little excited here. Not to be snooty and in your face but I'm excited for those things! Win anything lately? Thanks to some of you who referred and nominated me,
