I broke out my sleepy wrap today for Brennan. What was I thinking not getting this out sooner? I've been using my pouch carriers and as much as I like them, they don't even compare to the wraps. Brennan loves it, fell asleep right away. He feels like nothing on me and my back doesn't hurt. I think I've been straining when I sleep and when I hold him up to nurse because my back has really been bothering me lately, so the pouch hasn't been helping. However, this is amazing!I'm sure if Brennan could talk he'd tell me he loved it. He's so comfortable looking; I'd like to look that comfortable right now. Amelia has quickly informed me though that these are her carriers - every single one. She had a
hard time Sunday when she wasn't going to get to be in the pouch. I'll have to get the Beco or Ergo out for Kurt to wear her around in - she needs some cuddle time. =)Lastly, if you don't have a wrap - you should invest in one. The Sleepy Wraps aren't that expensive and you can even make them easily yourself (from what I've seen a few of my friends doing - I've never personally made one.) I never had a carrier with Landen - I was way to freaked out about him not breathing and things, but I can't imagine not having them now.

I could not have lived without my wrap for #2 and I know I will use it again for #3! They are just so much more secure in the wrap than the pouch...especially with older kids and all the bending etc you don't really have to worry about with #1.
Andrea I may be tired and did not see this but where did you get the wrap from? I want to look into getting one for Di and Becky. Thanks!

I ca't wait o use my Sleepy Wrap with #3 as well I didn't have it when #2 was born. Have you tried using a Boppy to help your back when nursing. I did not use one for #1 but with #2 my back was killing, made hubby go buy one and my back problems stopped. That or stack several pillows but the Boppy is so easy and secure if other kids grab at it as opposed to a tumbling tower of pillows with baby on top should one be dislodged. You and Brennan look beautiful!
I have heard from several people that the Sleepy Wrap is a must! I think my little sweet pea may be too big for it now.
