Today we had La Leche League, and our leader shared this website with us. . . Ameda and a great video they have on Latching On. It's very informative, shows the structure of the babies mouth and how to properly latch on without having discomfort. How babies instinctively know how to breastfeed and more. There is quite a bit you can read on as well, how to hold your baby, holding your breast, breastfeeding laying down, etc. I encourage anyone to watch this video, even if you are an experienced breast feeder, it's very good.
