Apparently not everyone thought my little question thing was all that fun - but for the people that did ask a question - here goes!
Sharon asked: What is something you miss about your life BEFORE you had kids? I know you love your kids and being a mom, but isn't there *something* you miss?
I would say the freedom from children responsibility really. If I want to stay up late, jump up at the last minute and go somewhere, not having my wheels in constant motion worrying/thinking about my kiddos. Really, doing whatever I want, whenever I want without having to worry about diapers, someone crying, it's too late, someone missed a nap, etc. At times I really do miss that - especially when I'm around my sisters who don't have kids and just go and do what they want. I get a bit jealous I will admit! However, even though I miss that at times.. it's only at times and in certain circumstances. I never miss it enough to want to go back to that!

We've been getting a ton of storms, too. Lost power twice this week.
I can relate to your answer. It seems it's the whole "the grass is always greener" scenario. Before my friends has kids, I was missing the life they were living. Yet they told me they were wishing for the family dh & I already created.
I suppose wanting what we can't/no longer have will always be a part of life.
actually I was going to ask a question but Sharon and Jen got the ones I thought of, so I'm still thinking of a different one, lol.

Alright, alright. I SAID I love games, right? Okay, so here goes: Did you find it just the teensiest bit funny, the thing that Jesse Jackson said about Barack Obama the other night? I'm not gonna lie, I found it hilarious.
