Cloth wipes -- say what?

Yes, we are switching to cloth wipes. I'm really excited because I really dislike disposable wipes, actually I hate disposable wipes. What's my big problem with them -- both my kiddo's break out easily from them, they're so rough on their bottoms, you have to use a gazillion when theirs a monster poop (and we always have monstrous poops), and now that we use cloth diapers I have to pick the poopy wipes out of the diaper to throw away. We're officially switched to cloth and what's even cooler -- I made them... myself... without a pattern or anything. Alright I can't take full credit, Teri showed me hers and I was a bit jealous (she's real crafty.. right Teri?!) and decided I had to at least try this myself. I got the material and wa-lah!

So yah, I'm probably like in a super good mood today! First town wide garage sales this year and I was there with my family. Oh my gosh we got some awesome deals and I love a deal. Seriously - garage sales are fun for me. =) I got Amelia some of the most gorgeous clothes and a lot of them for a steal and she's pretty much set for the entire summer, mostly in dresses! I love a little girl in dresses. Oh and I'm a complete sucker for toy's for Landen - he's been entertained with all his new things for well over an hour now. I love garage sales! Why else am I in a super mood -- it's Friday and we have Kurt home for the entire weekend (yes it's something to get excited about) and I won two contests this week. That's right.. two! A book and tote bag for Landen and a little petal dress from Happy Green Bee for Amelia. I feel giddy, seriously giddy.. it's a good day.

Oh and my baby girl is crawling -- yep not just army crawling -- really crawling! Have a great weekend.
